            The City of Caro Wastewater Treatment Plant had an unauthorized discharge for partially treated wastewater on March 11, 2026, in the amount of .2 MGD, due to 3.0 inches of rain in the evening of March 11, 2026. This notice is given pursuant to NPDES Permit NO. MI0022551.
