City of Caro Open Bid - Maintenance of Caro City Parking Lots

 

The City of Caro, Michigan hereby invites individuals/forms interested in bidding to perform preventative maintenance at four (4) City Parking Lots as per the bid specifications.

 

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Caro for Parking Lot Maintenance services by Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

Bids may be submitted either electronically or as paper submissions. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the City’s designated bidding platform. Paper bids must be clearly labeled “Parking Lot Maintenance Bid” and delivered to the City Clerk’s Office at:

All bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on the specified due date. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers of the Caro Municipal Building, 317 S. State Street, Caro Michigan at 10:30 a.m. the same day.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities in the bidding process, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
